My name is George A Fereos and this page is dedicated to introducing myself and how my business TRAINWISE Lifestyle and Fitness Coaching came to exist and what kind of service I intend to give for my clientele. At the tender age of 16 I was a beginning/intermediate sort of trainer. I knew what the inside of a gym looked like and I knew what certain exercises worked certain muscles.
Unfortunately (and I really mean that) adolescence took me away from what I know now to be my life's ambition to succeed in the fitness industry. Now at 32, I have come full circle. I've gained numerous recognised qualifications in regards to fitness and sculpted my own body good enough to compete in natural bodybuilding competitions . The wake up call came in October 1997 where I traded in my 30 a day B&H habit and greasy spoon café nutrition plan which I carried on my 5'5 13 ½ stone frame for a three month cleansing detox so that I could do my research in order to get myself in some form of good health and appearance. Six months had passed and I had lost 2 ½ stone and sporting a 32 ½ waist which wasn't seen since I was around 12 years old (that's right, a right porker). Pleased as I was, I knew this was not an achievement I could just say yup, I've done that' and walk away. No, I wanted more. More goals, more results, more ambitions to be achieved. So apart from the time my mother blessed me with life, my life to what I know now began in July 1998 when I started my bodybuilding journey. Immediately I found there are so many opinions, misconceptions, contradictions, naivety and ignorance surrounding this sport that it was probably enough to deter even the most focused of trainer. Suffice to say, I didn't want to give up just because someone knew some so called expert' who knew something that would lead you to believe there was no hope for a novice natural bodybuilder. HORSESHIT I say. I took it upon myself to gain as much information as possible and try numerous training/nutrition plans that can work for me. And with that, I think I've nailed one major misconception on the head. |

There is no one size fits all method, it's ALL trial and error and extremely individual. The saying Knowledge is power is transfixed in my every day life. New millennium year 2000 I embarked on my first qualification in the fitness industry as a level 2 fitness instructor through WABBA (World Amateur Bodybuilding Association). Then gained another level 2 instructors qualification through T4 Training in 2002. 2003 I started my first module to get a fully (globally) recognised Personal Trainers qualification through the YMCA and have successfully completed it this year in 2007. Why so long you may ask? Well, financial restraints being the main hurdle but, along the way my new found life stepped up a notch. In fact that's an understatement, it stepped up a height which astronauts could never reach. I was blessed with meeting and marrying my lovely Ellie after knowing her for a good 15 years prior. Then came the ultimate blessing in May 2005 when my baby twin boys Andreas and Anthony were born. People say that when you have a child you can kiss goodbye to your previous life, your hobbies, passions. In some respects this is true, but I had a double hit and it has only fuelled my fire to succeed more to make my family proud. Along with moving home, working two jobs, giving the government more money than I actually earn and competing naturally since 2004, you can see I don't just jump into things. I like to get things right. Spot on if you will. This is the way I approach my service to you. I thought that that it would be paramount to actually know what I'm doing if my passion was going to be my main source of income. As my research has shown. Many Personal Trainers, be it an individual or within a company all have some aspect of their packages which are open to question or there will be a hidden cost somewhere. I've tried to price my services in simple formats. Easy to understand and I've always believed that it is vital to treat people how you would want to be treated and that if you are happy to receive, you must be willing to give, hence my offers, discounts, and available freebies on my packages. Please believe me that I want whoever I train to actually achieve their initial goal they came to me for as it is the only thing that makes perfect sense in this business. Let me explain. If you see results, others will do to. That means a boost of confidence, happiness and a feeling of satisfaction for my client and the best form of positive advertisement for my business. Further on you will find my prices and packages on what I can offer you health wise and other Trainwise related merchandise which are all purchasable. You will see photos of myself as the real bloater I used to be and to the level in which I've transformed my physique through the years and to date. Limitations are there to be surpassed. Goals are there to be achieved. Dreams are there to be tuned into reality. Whatever your limits, goals and dreams are. Together we can definitely try to surpass, achieve and aspire them all. With thanks: Absolutely everyone who I came across over the years, and especially this year at the NPA. Headhoncho's Michael Philips, Lee Kemp. Judges and competitors like Jon Harris, and a special thank you to Tony Montalbano for always giving me his time and fundamental inspiring advice and opinion. The Christoumeister for producing all my posing CDs. Xane for his patience in writing all this and so much more in a way of me always knowing he's ready to get my business website up and running. Basically all those who were so kind to me in their words of encouragement and for the confidence boost, just by saying "Well Done!". The most appropriate saying here to really describe what message I'm trying to get across is, every little helps. Chrissie's, Cozzie's, Steve at BSN. Huge Thank You to Simon and Julian at Reflex. God Bless You All. Blessed is a word frequently used by me. It's a word that has so much meaning, and when said, it makes it's point. I've been blessed with an amazing family support unit. Meaning my Mummy, who every day looks after our babies, enabling myself and my wife Ellie to work full-time and make my training life possible. My father and my in-laws also play a huge roll and have been phenomenal in their support to allow my training to keep going. Especially the 2007 season. In many areas words cannot describe the luck I have. So Thank You. My babies for being my babies. Words on paper don't justify their meaning. My preparation was always structured around their life and routine, and it fixed me into a strict routine as well - and that is another blessing which must be realised and seen. I believe God always smiles upon me. Because of my family, but also because of the new people He brings into my life. The first one, who having met in 2006, but feel I have known all my life is a top amateur bodybuilder who currently owns a new gym in New Southgate, London. He is Zak Pallikaros who has been fundamental in inspiration and support for all my competitions. Robsta the Monsta Anchant who stepped up my posing threefold. I think that if I hadn't met Robbie, it would've taken me a life time of trial and error to obtain the level of posing Robbie had helped me achieve with his experience and vast knowledge. Pro Bodybuilder Edjike 'Edje' who if I had to pay for his heavy involvement in all my competition preparation, I would be homeless. Invaluable. His knowledge all round stamps my belief with a golden seal of approval that bodybuilders are some of the smartest people in the world. All other professions are playing catch-up when it comes to certain methods, strategies in order to become the best they can be. Mark Foster of Bodyworks Gym. My second home...sometimes main habitat! Dave Kingham who's no-nonsense hard-hitting opinions helped with my chocies of route and plans. Vicky McAnn and all the BNBF for always being there if needed and choosing me to win the central qualifier under 72KG in July this year. Thank you all. |

Welcome and hello. I am George A. Fereos, a 100% organic bodybuilder, personal fitness trainer, life coach and the man behind TRAINWISE Lifestyle & Fitness Coaching.

to this:
I want to share that knowledge with you and help you achieve your own personal goals and developmental ojectives in life. |

I`d the clanging of the iron weights and just the type of sounds that were going on in a gym. When I say gym, I mean a proper dungeon looking place where the aroma was stale and you could always tell that there was pure intensity going on, everyone had a goal, everyone had a purpose to be there. No lounge bar, aroma room and other fancy arty farty extras you get nowadays with some so called gyms. It was a different world .
I had an idea what I wanted to do in regards to my body, so in January 1998 I joined Bodyworks gym in Tottenham, North London which was very local to my work (I still train there consistently to this day).
